Anjunabeats Masters – The Gallery of Ministry of Sound – June 6, 2014
Just last week TranceKids got to check out the Anjunabeats family return home to London at the Ministry of Sound Club’s Gallery night. Titled Anjunabeats Masters, the night saw Andy Moor open, fresh off of playing an exclusive B2B with Gavin Mytchel a couple of hours earlier at Union Street Cafe.
Following Andy Moor was the incredible duo, Kyau & Albert, dropping a range of new and classic tracks, many of which would have been familiar to Group Therapy listeners.
Closing up the evening, one of our favorites Super8 & Tab spun a selection of tracks from their debut album, ‘Empire‘, including ‘Awakenings‘ as an encore, the Finnish producer also dropped some of their newer tracks, like “Your Secret’s Safe” and Beatport #1, “Code Red”. Blasting awesome tunes and shouting love into the appreciative London crowd, Super8 & Tab kept the crowd jumping through bedtime well past six in the morning.
Still very much deep into their Code Red Tour, Super8 & Tab won’t return to the UK until August, where they play South West Four Festival, but we can expect much more from Londoner, Andy Moor and the sensation that is Kyau & Albert throughout the summer.
Overall the evening was sensational, making full use of the ice cannon and radiating lighting effects, the Anjunabeats team reminded London why it is one of the world’s best labels.
