Here’s another all-star line-up all in one track: “Higher Than The Sun” from Roger Shah, Brian Laruso and featuring the chilling vocals of the one and only JES. We enjoy the original, but we feel this Pedro Del Mar and DoubleV remix of the original is a little more our style. The remix from the duo pulls together a culmination of sounds creating a modern tasteful production featuring a pulsating bassline, playful melodies and vibrant synths. It’s great to hear JES’ vocals again on a track like this, feels like we haven’t been able to get her sound out of our head since 2008. The remix in our opinion really stands out on the album and we’re really digging the vibes that Pedro Del Mar and DoubleV designed on this one.
