Cosmic Gate And Andrew Bayer – Nothing Ever Lasts (Nitrous Oxide Remix)
Polish producer and DJ Krzysztof Pretkiewicz, also known as Nitrous Oxide – has a new remix out from Cosmic Gate and Andrew Bayer‘s “Nothing Ever Lasts”. The original was released towards the end of last year and we have to say this mix is sort of a surprise – but a great surprise. The mix starts off with a heavier bassline that subtly refers there’s another side to the song yet to emerge. Slowly and methodically we begin to to hear the darker side fade out into a loftier side of the track. The remix then abruptly introduces a simple synth and suddenly begins to add layer upon layer until the heart of the mix is exposed when it’s joined back up with it’s darker-sided half. We love this mix and the fact that N2O has been able to really pull together such a contrast of sounds. Check this one out.
