Andrew Rayel, also know as Andrew Rata is twenty year-old producer from Maldova with a sound so classically strong his it’s almost hard to believe his age. Since the age of thirteen, the young producer got an early start with his track “Aether” that flew all the way up to Armin’s “Tune Of The Week”. Since that time, Andrew has seen big time support from Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Tiesto, W&W and most importantly all of Armin’s labels.
Andrew’s lastest EP is signed to Armin’s “hot-list” label ArminD – which according to the site means Armin personally “selects the best and most special tunes, often instant classics or glorious future favourites”. “Zeus” and “Musa” without a doubt have captured that classic Armin sound but keeping the style fresh and energetic. The first track “Zeus” starts off with a casual build-up that levels out to a bassline heavy sound that begins to just layer upon layer deep trance tastiness. The second track “Musa” (warrior in Korean) is our favorite off the EP and is an emotionally driven track that just keeps building and building until Rayel shows the listener what he’s made of… solid. classic. deep trance. talent.
